Tonight, Lord, I walk alone with you

Tonight, Lord, I walk alone with you.

Hold my hand, father, let your light guide me, and your hand protect me.

Through this darkness and fear we shall cut a path.

For I am with you, Father.

And I am not afraid.

If I fall, I know you will catch me.

If I sin, I hope You will forgive me.

If I cry, I know you will comfort me.

You are always there, ever present in my heart.

Hate and fear will surround me, but your love will be my shield.

You are my rock, my strength, my Father.

I trust you.

I offer this to God, to whom I turn to in times of fear and uncertainty. I know he will never leave me.
