you don’t dance.

at least, not when I pull you out on the floor,

though you seem to have no qualms with other girls.
should I take it as a not-so-subtle hint?

or am I merely more

direct in questioning your motives?

take my hand,

pull me close,

and I might turn into a thinker,

but where there is music

the dancer must dance.
