STARRY HEAVENS
(Inspired by “Starry Heavens: Orchestra Version” by the Japanese band Day After Tomorrow)

Her voice is overflowing with song
All the notes are precise, not wrong
With every breath she takes
And every sound she makes
The melody will live in her forever long

The violins sing softly with a lullaby’s grace
So beautiful and strong in the enchanting pace
The bows glide to and fro
And rid the audience of woe
As their echoes filling the vast empty space

Drumbeats pound and strike with power
Guitar riffs chant and roar even louder
Mixed in the melody
In lovely harmony
With vocals and strings, their solos empower

The guitarists strum and continue to play
As the singer’s voice slowly fades away
Until the violins are alone
And the percussionists are shown
Until newborn silence takes the day
