With my life I shall Succeed

With my life I shall Succeed!

My faith is sometimes less that shining,

And more often that not my scars feel so terribly binding…

My life at times may not be what is expected,

But hell, it’s mine and that’s all that need be mentioned!

Thrice I have fallen,

The third time was the best callin’

I don’t write with skill nor grace,

But words are my equal, and expression is my place.

To kiss and not care is a fooler’s dream,

For I am more kind than I seem…

Keep in mind the trials of a bad day,

Don’t take the small moments for granted…that’s throwing life away.
