I am a girl,

Who is locked, in a box,

There are twenty-four keys,

And only three locks.

I pick up the first,

And I stick it inside,

It does not fit,

Oh well, at least I tried.

Now I try, the second lock,

And then the third, finally there was a click,

Best sound I ever heard.

This is going smoothly,

No really, quite well,

I’d best, get on, before,

My head starts to swell.

It’s taking, a little longer now,

I’ve been through ten more,

Just thirteen more keys and I’ll have,

Opened the door.

I lift up the twelfth key,

And I shove it into,

Lock one,

Then, lock two.

Another fit, hoorah,

Oh, I cannot wait,

Soon I’ll be free,

Though I hope it’s not too late.

Thirteen, now fourteen,

Now twenty-three,

It make sense, that the last one,

Is the one I most need.

I’m now turning the locks,

There is just one more,

Put my hand on the knob,

And I open the door.

Now I am, no more.

A/N: There probably needs to be some explanation for this one. What I was trying to say is that life is just like a box. You are trapped in it and the only way out is death. Not that I'm saying death is a good thing, and that we should all just commit suicide and be done with it, but... Life is a wonderful thing.

The box is my mind. I can't magically decide how I want to think. I'm very different from everyone else. Thus the divider between me and everyone else.

The keys are like... life changing events, piecing together our understanding. You keep going through them until you've go the right ones.

Once we've finished the role we were meant to play on this Earth, we will die. Which is why when I open the door, I died.

I hope you're not too confused, and that you don't think I'm crazy.
