I apolgoise for poor grammar.
Ar Dtús
Faoi chom hoiche
Coméad tigim pog uisce
An aigean ag brucht
Gach blúire frithchaih de Bealach na Bó pleasc
Agus d'ianní criostal léim pog griann
Miongháire Corrán
Is Lamh Mhor sí
Cliabhán mhor luasc é…
Aithinne saol ag fusidreamh í dorcha
Ag cuide, ag rionn, ag cuide, ag rionn…
"Genesis" ar speir is farraige, suith ar dtús
Tá se beo an domain!
Under cover of darkness
A comet falls to kiss the water
The ocean erupts
Each reflected fragment of the Milky Way explodes
And crystal waves leap to kiss the moon.
The Crescent Moon smiles
And her Great Hand
Rocks this vast cradle…
The spark of life adrift in the darkness
Pulsing, dividing, pulsing, dividing
"Genesis" of sky and sea, the first embryo,
The Earth is alive!
