The last snow falls
From the cold tree branch
The sun has come to shine
Winter white melting away
The glistening of the ice
The cold brewing of the wind
All fading away
Melting
Here comes the burst of spring
Patches of green
Began to grow on the grounds
Oh my winter white has gone
The joyful sprouting of colors
Of red, yellow and green
The perfect blue sky
A celebration of life
And yet I feel a bit gray
For my winter white is gone
Has gone away
