Faye slowly peeled open her eyes after the wave of nausea wore off. Her gaze widened considerably at the sight of the world before her. The planet was amazing. There was a mountain range in the distance surrounding them, and the fields rushed on forever. The sound of waterfalls could be heard somewhere as she stepped towards the giant palace that sat a few feet ahead of them.

Pyro was standing outside the giant entrance, clad in a cape and a low cut black shirt. His long black hair hung loosely around him, blowing softly with the gentle breeze. Uncrossing his arms in front of him, he stood away from the column he was leaning against and greeted Faye with most enthusiasm. Wrapping his arms around her he hugged her tightly and spun her around.

“Welcome to my planet Priestess. I hope it’s to your liking.” He smiled into her ear as he gently placed her down and pulled her away from him gently.

Faye blinked and smiled, “Seriously? What’s it called?”

“Planet Pyro!” Pyro laughed and flaunted a serious pose, making Faye, Zeke and Anton all sweat.

Anton looked up to see a woman standing in the entrance-way. She was throwing a murderous glare directly at Faye, who was talking with Pyro, who was shamelessly flirting with her. Clearing his throat, he drew the attention of Faye and Pyro, “Faye… remember your promise?”

Faye blinked as if remembering and then nodded slowly.

“Him.” Anton smiled and pointed at Pyro who was looking confused.

“What promise?” Pyro and Zeke both asked.

“You sure? I dunno…” Faye took a step away from Pyro very slowly.

“Yes.” Anton smiled and uncrossed his thin but muscular arms.

“What did you promise?” Pyro asked, looking over at Faye, “It’s not someth-”

Zeke let out a squeal as Anton rushed over and locked lips with Pyro, who went pale, but surprisingly did nothing but stand there with a freaked out look spread across his face. A second later, Nena’s fist slammed across Anton’s face and he went flying away from Pyro, a trail of spit and blood flew from his mouth as he skidded to a stop on the ground a few feet away from the group.

Nena growled as she cracked her knuckles, “No one makes a move on my Prince.” She informed them menacingly as she walked over to Anton and picked him up by the scruff of the shirt.

“Be gentle Nena, he is a guardian.” Zeke spoke up, his hand over Faye’s mouth, keeping her from yelling and saving her the trouble of angering Nena further.

“Shut up you pathetic demon slaveboy. I don’t care.” Nena raised her fist but found that Anton had grabbed her wrist and she couldn’t move it. Pyro and Zeke both looked at Anton with huge surprised eyes. No one had the gull to stand up to Nena since that incident fifty years ago, the remains of her last victim included only a tooth and a small tuft of hair. Right now, they seriously began to wonder if she would kill him or not.

“Ne-chan. Remember, he’s a guardian, we need him alive.” Pyro tried to reassure her, his voice a bit high and shaky.

Nena made to kick Anton in the face with her knee, but he blocked it with his loose hand as he slowly stood, using it as support.

“Be a good little fox…” He smiled as he let go of her knee and tilted her chin up towards his face, “As a pirate, I’ve seen a lot of species… but never before have I seen anything as beautiful as you.” He smiled charmingly making Nena twitch and blush. A second later, he was on the ground, a hand imprint across his face.

“Your flirtatious attitude towards me is not appreciated. Touch my Prince again and I’ll rip you to shreds.” Nena growled and walked over to Faye, throwing her a glare before walking into the palace.

Anton slowly sat up and covered the imprint with his hand, his gaze lazy as he followed her walk into the palace. He was attracted. Plain and simple as that.

“Do I have a room here?” Faye asked, quickly breaking the awkward silence.

“Yes. You do. It’s not too far from mine actually.” Pyro smiled and walked over to Faye, tilting her chin up towards his face, “You promised him a kiss from a person of his choice if he agreed to come along?”

“Yeah.” Faye smiled nervously.

“Well. I think it’s only fair that you kiss me to make me forget such an awful experience.” Pyro smiled, his orange eyes burning into hers.

“Uh… uh… w-well you see…” Faye looked away from him, sweat forming on her brow, she really didn’t want to kiss him. She wasn’t really that interested. He was handsome, a bit too much, but she didn’t know him all that well.

“Master!” Zeke yelled, catching both of their attention. “I mean… Pyro…” He cleared his throat and continued, “Don’t imply things like that! She doesn’t want to kiss you! You’re making her uncomfortable!” He growled, his fists shaking.

“Really.” Pyro raised an eyebrow and looking down at Faye, who was staring at Zeke.

I can feel when you’re afraid, when you’re hurt, when you’re angry. You’re pain is mine. Faye’s eyes widened as she remembered what Zeke told her. If that was true, then could he feel everything else as well? He guessed the uncomfortable part right, ‘Zeke… can you feel my uncomfortable feeling that I have towards him?

‘Yes.’ Zeke replied.

…what about if I was happy?’ She asked.

‘Naturally.’ Zeke smiled and walked over to her, glaring up at Pyro.

Pyro slowly pulled his hands off of Faye and took a step back, obviously not wanting to anger Zeke, “Thing I miss about having you as a servant Zeke. You’re an excellent bodyguard. Extremely protective.” With that being said he flipped his hair over his shoulder with his hand before crossing them in front of himself, “I trust you will give her a tour, call me if you need me Faye, I can communicate within your thoughts as well if you want me too.” Throwing her a wink, he teleported into the castle.

Faye looked up at Zeke, who was deflating slowly, “I don’t trust him alone with you… he’s too…”

“He’s got ants in his pants.” Faye smiled and walked towards the palace, Zeke chuckled and followed after her.

“Are you serious! This is my room!” Faye gasped as she looked around the giant room. It’s ceiling was at least seven stories tall, her bed was huge and was the centerpiece of the room, it’s fabric hanging down from the ceiling, and draping around, falling to the floor in bunches, seeing through it, the bed looked magnificent, like a small pool of just pillows. The sound of water trickled around the room soothingly as there were pools around her bed, “Are those my baths…” Faye asked, walking along the path to the bed, gazing down at the warm looking pools. Strange plants lay around the edges that looked rather tropical but at the same time desert-like.

“Yes. Does it not please you?” Zeke asked, looking down at her. She was sometimes very hard to read.

“My goodness… yes… It’s amazing…” Smiling, Faye rushed over to her bed and threw open the delicate drapes. Jumping onto the bed, she sunk into its softness.

Zeke slowly walked over to her and sat down on the bed next to her, “My room’s across from yours. If you rather I sleep in here, I could move my bed to the corner of the room… if you’re not secure in here…”

“No, no. You can sleep in your room. I’m fine… this is amazing.” Faye informed him as she curled up next to the softest pillow she had ever felt.

“If you think this is amazing now… wait until the lights on the planet go out… just before and after…” Smiling, he stood and bowed, “Thank you for your kindness Master.”

“Faye.” Faye corrected, drifting off to sleep.

“Faye… right. Good night.” Zeke turned around and silently left her room. Once he shut the door behind him, he slowly slid to the floor and grabbed his head, it was pounding. He was aching all over.

“What’s wrong with you Zeke? Missing your Princess?” A sly voice asked from down the hallway.

“Leave me alone.” Zeke growled as he looked into the green eyes of the fox.

“Leave you alone… Hmmm… no. Having too much fun.” Nena appeared next to him, smiling into his glare, “Oooh, do you have a headache? Poor baby.” She sarcastically purred as she smoothed back his hair and grabbed a tuft of it roughly, “Keep that bitch away from my Pyro.” She growled menacingly, his eyes glistening with murder.

Zeke slapped her hand away and slowly stood to his feet, walking towards his room he paused after he opened the door, “I hate to disappoint you Nena, but she’s not interested in your flirtatious master.” Smirking, he slammed his giant door behind him, leaving a puffed up Nena alone in the hallway. She silently vowed to kill Zeke when he wasn’t needed.
