Teeth pointed sharp like words that cut
And eyes with the same sort of edge
In all the magazines but yet, but still—
I saw her dancing, a blur in the street,
Jagged fangs poking out of her mouth
Eyes closed
And suddenly her fashion was all just a pretense.
author's note. Wow, this is my first poem. Inspired by Takewa Haruna from the ultra-stylish Japanese girl group, SweetS. This. This girl has talent, regardless of her slightly insane teeth.
