Cheek

...

One night I sat alone,

I sat upon my chair.

I heard a little noise,

And turned to see her there.

...

She was a little Goblin,

Charlie was her name,

She called me Mr Gobble-gock,

And asked to play a game.

...

Upon my stern reply,

A firm "no" it was indeed,

She gave a solemn frown,

And said I reeked of greed

...

At this proclamation,

I grabbed my trusty broom.

She saw, jumped and gave a shriek,

Then ran around the room.

...

When she finished running

I sat back in my chair,

I heard no little noise

I turned to see her... gone.
