Sohcahtoa – Chpt 4
My mind was racing; Yasuo was biting my neck, and starting to pull the bottom of my dress up. He had my wrists were pinned above me, I was trapped under him. Fear coursed though me, and I shook with fear. Yasuo must have either misread my reaction or just wanted to make me be more afraid, but he then started to pull my dress off of me.
Tears filled my eyes. No, I’m still a virgin, I cannot have this happen. Haruka understood, he wanted to wait, but now, his Yasuo…Oh someone help me please. I cried in my mind. I cried physically too. Yasuo smiled more as he started to take his own clothes off. He knew that if I tried to run I wouldn’t get anywhere, he was fast, being a champion of track only a year ago, he’d catch me fast.
I closed my eyes, as tear leaked though. The feeling of being trapped, filled my body, and I knew it was true; I was trapped with no escape.
“Hey, get off.” Yasuo yelled. I opened my eyes to see Sohcahtoa latching his claws onto Yasuo’s left leg. Long bloody scratches were down his leg as Sohcahtoa went after him again. Yasuo kicked at Sohcahtoa, and watched as Sohcahtoa fell. Getting back up, Sohcahtoa tried again.
Seeing this as the right moment, I grabbed the hard cover book that was on the night stand next to my bed. I took it and swung at the back of Yasuo’s neck. His head went forward, as I hit him in the head. As he was falling, Sohcahtoa clawed his face. I quickly ran and grabbed a phone and dialed 9-1-1.
“Hello.” A voice of a woman came from the other side. “Help me!” I yelled into the phone, looking back into my room. “Someone’s trying to rape me!”
“Hold on.” The woman said, “Where are you?”
“I’M AT APARTMENT NUMBER FOURTEEN IN THE KUSAI APARTMENT COMPLEX.” I yelled, seeing Yasuo getting up.
“Ok, calm down, we’re sending police over, don’t have up.”
“I’ll try.”
Yasuo saw me on the phone and ran towards me, “No you don’t bitch!” he yelled. I screamed and ran into the bathroom down the hall. I locked the door and leaned against it and cried.
“Are you okay?” I head the woman asked from the phone.
I brought the phone up to my ear and spoke in gasps. “Y-yes.”
“Are you somewhere safe?”
“I-in a way.”
“Where are you now?”
“I’ve locked myself in my bathroom.”
“Okay, the police should be there soon, just keep breathing and clam down, okay?”
“O-ok-kay.” I replied.
Only about five minuets pasted until I hear sirens. I quickly got up when I head the front door being opened and men yelling. I quickly grabbed the clothes that I had left on the floor from the day before and put them on.
I head someone juggling the handle and I froze.
“Is someone in here? Miss Ichimoto? Are you in there, this is officer Daiki. It’s safe to come out.”
I unlocked the door and he opened it. I looked into the face of a officer in his mid thirties. He had black hair and eyes, and a worried expression. I quickly hugged him, crying.
“Thank you sir!” I sobbed.
He quickly grabbed and brought me out of the room into my living room. There I saw from a window Yasuo in the being brought to a car. I shivered and sat down.
Officer Daiki looked at me and began to ask me questions for a while; after about half an hour, he left saying that I’d need to go to the station later for more questioning. I nodded and leaned to my left so that I was now lying on the couch. As officer Daiki left, Sohcahtoa came out of my room. His left eyes were closed and a bump was on his head. He jumped up beside me and lay down. I put my arms around and sobbed.
“Thank you so much Sohcahtoa.” I said into his fur. I kissed his head and closed me eyes.
Yet again I found myself in the same place; a huge field, with trees around, but not too many, some big rocks and grass, but grass that only went a bit past you ankles.
Sohcahtoa was there again, leaning against the same tree. This time there was some blood coming down from his hair line down his face. I gasped and ran towards him.
“Is this because of what happened today?” I asked. Sohcahtoa nodded, and looked at me with love in his eyes. “Ai-chan, I’m sorry.”
I looked at him, confused. Sorry for what?
“What do you mean?” I asked.
“You were in danger, and I wasn’t able to protect you in that form. But once I’m a Spirit Guardian again, I will only be able to help you rarely; I’ll not be able to see you other than in this place.”
“What or where is this place?”
“It’s a place that one of the first Spirit Guardian’s created. He made this world for a human he loved, so that he could see her. Now we use it to rest in, it helps us heal faster. But there are other reasons I come here.”
Sohcahtoa looked at me; his beautiful blue eyes looked into my green eyes, a connection like one I had never felt. I soon found myself in his arms kissing him. I wanted time to just stop. I wanted to stay here with him and not leave, but I know that neither would happen.
Hours of the night passed, but I felt nothing but Sohcahtoa and his love. He held me to him all night, stealing kisses.
Closing my eyes I said something I knew that I felt, and wanted him to know. A feeling that had been dormant for so long, but I had not known this.
“Sohcahtoa,” I began, turning my head back to look at him. “I know this sounds stupid, and strange, but though I had loved Haruka, you are the one I love more, the one I’m meant to be with, Sohcahtoa, I love you, I want the real you to be with me forever.”
He kissed my lips and quietly whispered, “Ai-chan I too feel the same way.”
After he said that, everything disappeared. I opened my eyes to see that I was on my couch and it was three in the morning. I looked to where Sohcahtoa was, but he was gone. I called his name and there was no reply. He was gone, really truly gone….
The next few weeks were slow. I hardly left the house other than for work. My skin started to pale, and I grew skinner. My happy attitude and my joy had all left. Twice now people I loved had gone and left me behind.
I walked down a street, opening a pack of cigarettes and putting one in my mouth. I pulled out a lighter and held it up to the cigarette. Before I could light it, a hand was on mine.
“Unless you want an early death and to become an Akuma do to the sadness to make you hate and hurt others, I’d not light that.”
I looked up slowly to see a face I had only seen in a dream like world.
“Besides, someone as beautiful as you shouldn’t be ruining their health with such stupid means.”
Tears filled my eyes as I saw Sohcahtoa standing before me. He had real flesh, he wasn’t a spirit, he was really there in front of me.
“So-Sohcahtoa?” I asked, slowly. My voice quivered in both hopefulness and uncertainty. A smile came to the man before me. “Who else would I be?”
I hugged him tightly, tears running down my cheeks. I kissed him and cried.
“Ai-cha, Ai-chan!” He laughed, pushing me back to calm me down.
“You’re back, you’re here!” I cried, tears of joy flowed down my face.
“Yes,” he replied. “The other Guardians decided that I was better suited to be in this world than in the Spirit world. I’ve been sent here to live a life of a human, and to protect you.”
I threw my arms around his neck and got on my toes. Whispering into his ear he smiled and chuckled.
“Thank the other Guardians for me. I’ll have you to myself now, and I’m not letting you go again.”
He put his arm around my waist and walked me back to my apartment, feeling of a brighter happier future filled my mind.
The End
Ok so that's the end, maybe. I want to make a sequeal, but i'm not sure. I'll make one for my own self want to keep writing about this story, but if no one wants or voices a want to see the sequeal, I will not post it on here.
