I woke up. No recollection where I was. I looked around, my eyes slowly taking in everything that I saw. The trees, plants, small river, and the hint of blue sky above. My clothes were just a little dirty, but there as a small tear in my jeans. I got up slowly, just in case anything was wrong with me. I then realized I wasn't alone. There were three others. A little blond girl and boy. Probably twins, and they were still on the ground, and didn't appear to be moving. The third was a boy, around my age -fifteen- maybe older, and he was rubbing his head but appeared to be fine.

I didn't know them, I didn't know where I was, but I did know I didn't get here myself. I rushed to the little boy and girl. They were both breathing, which was good, but they weren't awake. The little girl had a large scratch on her face, and it was still bleeding. I ripped a little scrap of her already torn shirt off and wiped the blood away. The little boy didn't have many scratches and the were all tiny, so I left him alone.

Then, the older boy stood up and walked over to me.

"Where are we?" He asked.

" I think we are in some fairy land." I said sarcastically. He looked at me weird.

" I was joking. I have no fricking clue where the hell we are." I added.

"Great. Do you have any idea what day it even is?" He questioned.

"Nope." I answered.

"What's your name?" He continued trying to be friendly.

"Caden. You?"

"Spence." He replied with a British accent. He sat down next to me, looking at the two blonde children.

"I'm guessing you don't know them either."

"Good guess." I said with a slight smile. Spence was easy to talk to. His skin was pale, but it's color was returning slowly. His hair was jet black, dark as the night, and he had chocolate colored eyes.

The little girl started to move. She opened her eyes and jumped, startled to see us.

"Wh-Who are yo- you?" She stammered timidly.

"I'm Caden, and that's Spence." I said trying not to scare her. She looked at us, deciding if she should run or if she should stay.

"We aren't going to hurt you." Spence told her. "I promise."

She looked at us again, and sat across from us. She rubbed her cheek and made a pained face.

"I tried to wash off you scrape as you were, asleep." I told her.

"Thanks. I guess."

"So what's your name?" I asked her.

"Melanie. And my brother's name is Mitch. I don't know why he won't wake up." She replied sadly. I stood up and walked over to Mitch. His blonde hair was matted and wet, and he was breathing deeply. I shook him a little and he didn't move. I tried a few more times but he still wouldn't wake. I carefully walked to the river, stepping over leaves and fallen trees. I had taken some of the torn clothing I had used to clean Melanie's cut and dabbed it in the shallow river.

I walked back and rubbed the wet cloth on his forehead. His eyes opened a bit and he stared at me with big blue eyes.

"Hi." He whispered.

"Hey. Are you okay?" I whispered back to him.

"Yeah. I think so." Mitch said as he pulled himself up.

"Who are you?" He asked me curiously.

"Im Caden, and that's Spence. And your sister of course." I told him.

"Okay. Where are we?" He started with the questions. Great.

"Good question. We don't know."

"Okay. Why are we here?"

"Again. We don't know." I said. Spence stopped him before he asked any more.

"Maybe we should start moving, or building shelter or something." He said.

"Great idea." Melanie agreed. "Let's start heading North. All we have to do is follow the moss on the trees."

I looked around and saw what she meant. They were so many trees and all the moss was on one of the sides. North. Civilization. We didn't know each other, we didn't know where we were, why we where here, or who put us here. But we were going to find out.
