Father

Since I was young
About the age of three,
You’ve since called me your son
And that’s the way I like it to be
There may be times we fight
And plenty of times you’re right
I’m only human and make mistakes
Please forgive me of problems I cause
You say that they’re not my fault
But deep inside I know it to be true
There’s only so much you can hide
Because in a way, I’m just like you
I know that I haven’t always been nice
But there are regrets, and that’s the price
I hope that you’re proud and understand
That one day soon I’ll be a full grown man
And it’s all because of you, the one I call dad!

A/N: this one is for my step father, he's always been there for me
and he will always be the one I call dad. I love you!!
