Just Right 4/25/08

So I’ve been thinking ‘bout the past, I’ve been thinking ‘bout the future.
And I’ve made a few mistakes but it’s really for the best now.
Oh yeah, yeah. Get down!

Chorus: When I say I want you, back, yeah, it means I want you back now.
If you thought that I would lie, well then maybe you were just right.
I’m not sure what I’m saying now, but I’ve formed some sort of pride.
And maybe all this happened ‘cuz it really was just right.

I’ve been back and forth in my head, wondering ‘bout everything.
Avoiding recurrence with my smiling from day to day.
Yeah, finally I’m okay.

Maybe it’s true, or maybe I’m circles.
I let you down once and I’m not about to give this up, no.
Gimme just another day, a month, a year…

chorus

Put up your hands, I promise that it’s just right.
Can you see me? I’m gonna have fun tonight.
Oh, oh yeah.

(Tell me something; tell me something that you want me to believe.) x2
(Tell me something) x3
Well alright!

chorus

(Maybe all this happened ‘cuz it really was just right.) x2
Really was just, really really was just right.
Let it all come together and I swear we’ll just rest easy.
