Beyond my Control

The life in me is beyond my control,

Everyday it slips through my fingers like sand in an hourglass.

What is this feeling of power that surrounds me?

Just a dream, long forgotten across time forevermore.

In a sea if chaos, lies my sanity beyond my control,

Where will my feet take me on this harsh road labled life?

Don't have all the answers, but what I do know is,

The life in me is beyond my control.
