The darkness never shines

Like the light’s beautiful designs

Flickering across the sky

A million tiny eyes

We watch them as they lie

And in the morn they awake

To a world that is fake

Always taking, never giving

Always fearing, never living

And as we watch in the night

From our infinite height

We laugh out joyously

At all their hypocrisy
