Jap

Jap

Yes I’m a Jap

And no I don’t wear no cap

So there’s no need to make fun of me

I can see out of my eyes

As well as two of your spies

That are in Japan

Just cause we bombed you

Doesn’t mean that we Jap Americans are here to harm you

We are citizens of this country too

Yet you imprison me

Take me Bind me

And send me to camps in Maine

My heart was American

But now you tell me I’m not

You say I’m a spy

Because of my slanted eyes

But what about everyone else

Just cause I’m different

Just cause I’m a Jap

Doesn’t mean that I don’t have your back
