A Lazy Day

I’m sleeping in class due to fatigue

of a night’s before fun and pleasure.

In front I face a boring figure

but my tiresome eyes mistake as a pig.

Her voices rang across the whole classroom

That I think if I don’t listen I’m doomed

In front of me a guy well groomed

With his smells so great I see smoke fumes.

My lazy eyes wander without a blink

Looking for whatever they can seek.

Yet with the atmosphere that even air cannot leak

I find my eyes trying to sink.

After a long time without consideration

My eye lashes open slowly in hesitation

upon the assignments’ of a witch’s incantation

that can only be done after medication.

With backpack fully hanging behind me,

I carefully carry my lazy body into the bus.

Even with cramped atmosphere there is little dust.

Way in the back, I find myself a spot left free.

With no one to bother my own freedom

I closed my eyes in solitude.

Today’s is full of absolute boredom

Making me totally out of mood.

The bus leaves me in a flash

That I hope it doesn’t crash.

I then slowly walk up to my house

And gather my keys from my blouse.

I walk inside the house with humble steps

Wondering between naps or witch’s incantations

Whatever that be, I cannot think in depth.

since with home works, I have little patience.

I wake up at midnight

And in front of me quite a sight.

The computer still turned on

Where messages and email flashes upon.

Here now, like a spell

that trap me in like a well

I sit here till four A.M.

With two hours left, I can only cram.

“So tired!” I say leaving a sigh

The stacks of works still so high

I guess I will just stay home

And let tomorrow the troubles be atoned.
