There's a face at the window.

A face.

Nobody sees it as it stands and stares,

Nobody sees it cry,

Nobody hears it calling their name

Asking for help.

And nobody knows it's there.

And nobody cares.

The people below do not look up at it

As it stands and stares

And cries

And calls for help.

Nobody hears it as it cries at the window.

But one day, someone will care

About the face at the window;

The face that stands and stares.
