Poems (Whatever Happened Last Night)

Writing these leave me empty
Drain me of all the deviant emotions
So that I can wake up the next day and pretend that I'm happy
And that whatever happened last night didn't affect me
That whatever happened last night doesn't eat away at me
So that I can pretend that the whole of last night was a dream
