Even if it's not what's really best.

Love is someone who can hug you and tell you that everything will be okay

Even if they have no idea what's really wrong.

Love is someone you would do anything for

Within reason, to be sure.

Love is two hearts beating as one

Though more like two hearts hugging. Really hard.

Love is blind

Even if it's simply ignoring the things that bother it.

Love is finding the perfect soul mate

Even if they're not your "soul mate" and far from perfect.

Love is getting lost in each others eyes

Though sometimes it's only because you just forgot what to say.

Love is just wanting to be near someone

Even if it means restraint on your part because the other just wants to cuddle. And that's fine.

Love is only wanting that special someone to be happy

Even if you can only make them a little less sad.

Love is unconditional

Though "liking" is another story.

Love is a battlefield

Because you would give your life to be victorious.

Love is kind

Rarely.

Love is cruel

Quite often, but it's worth it.

Love is patient

Even if it means waiting impatiently.

Love is faith

Even if it means that you might get hurt.

Love is infallible

Unless tried by something marginally difficult...

But Love is easily mended
