I began staying up late just to talk to him for as long as I could. I'd be tired in the morning, though it was worth it . I was much happier (not that I was unhappy to begin with or anything) and my friends began asking questions. Eventually, I gave. One of my friends even began talking to him herself over IM.

We told each other that if we met anyone else we liked that we'd drop the whole thing and go for the other person... But we were just lying to ourselves... But we didn't know that then...

AN: Are the little excerpts good or should I just put the IM parts? Longer ones of course.. but yeah.. What do you guys think? I'm thinking maybe to just let the IM's tell the tale? Unless you'd rather have a bit of background too..
