You call it my crutch,
My cage.

I ask if you've ever seen truth -
Because I have.

One day, one moment,
You will see.
And we will be hobbled no longer
But marking those eternal footprints
In the heart of time,
The waves washing at the beach
And the wind carrying away the sand,
But two hearts following an unseen path,
Guided by the truth
That the sightless alone may know.
