Fear

My heart pumps and my mind goes blank.

Vision gone and body numb.

Something horrible has happened.

Paranoia pricks at mind while I try to deny it.

An anxious feeling gathers tears.

If I can't fix it?

Then it's lost forever,

Confined to my heart only.
