Author's Note

The poems and narratives that follow are the product of my creative writing class. The point of the project was to combine words and art in a way that added to the meaning of the piece. I can't get the computer to put in complete links, but they're all on photobucket...The first link is a photograph which is a farther-away view, so you can see the whole thing and get a feel for what it actually looked like. This second link is another photograph, which is a compilation of three photographs I took of the project close-up so that you can read the words (maybe) if you want to.

The four poems were in each of the letters of love that I traced with my hands. I kept the original formatting.

The narrative is called Filled All the Spaces and it was all the red stuff that filled in the spaces between the giant letters, if you will. Since I didn't have paragraphs or formatting in this one at all on the actual project, I kept it that way. Believe me, it killed me typing all of this up and not making paragraphs and starting new lines with dialogue and such, but I had to for the sake of art.
