Deep Blue
Vast, ominous, and dark to where it isn't even blue
It's black with the rarity of the darkest navy and indigo
No shimmers of greys or silvers, or occasional slivers of the sun's ray
In the abyss of the darkest dark, the deepest depths
Foreign to us it may seem, but few call it unique
We haven't come to realize the beauty of it all
And fear what lies beneath of what your own eye can see
We must search and start from the surface
And bury deep until we find what it truly means
Deep within the captured soul, it wants to be released
To let others know you so they may genuinely understand you
Talk about it, research about it, compare and contrast
So you may discover others that seems burrowed underground
And also yourself, who might just not even know
The darkest depths, if you are even burrowed or not
About your darkest depths, your deepest blues
Even though it seems that you should understand these about others
You need to know yourself and who you are
The people around you may not understand you
But if it is all natural to you, it won't matter
As hard and complex as it sounds to find the truth
Just searching your heart is enough and others too
Digging until it is finally unveiled to all
Even fish understand
