Breathe on Me
This is my very first try of a yaoi story… I’m not even sure if I have ever even written from a guy’s point of view. So bear with me. Or not. Anyway, the first and second chapter (if I don’t change my mind) won’t have anything T or M rated, but me intends to write lemon on the 3rd or 4th chapter. After all, when life gives us lemons, I make yaoi
“I can’t believe you’re really doing this…” Katheryn muttered as I shut the door closed.
I put my shades on and turned back at her, with my sexy look on. “Come on, Katie! What’s the worse that could happen?”
Katheryn was my best friend. No, scratch that, she was more than that, she was the only person that understood me completely and still loved me. She was the only person I could tell she looked horrible in her new dress and all she would do would be begging me to go shopping with her in the following week. I loved Katheryn. I loved her so much I didn’t mind when she was a bitch. Oh, well, she was a bitch all the time, but I was a bitch to her too.
“Hum, I don’t know, let me see…” she tapped her chin a couple of times as if she was pondering something serious. “Oh, yeah, right. The guy might not be gay and have a girlfriend, meaning you would be waiting your time and mine!”
“Well, hun, if that’s what happens you can send those pictures of me to all my fr- no, wait, if that happens I’ll go shopping with you, and I won’t spend a penny on myself!”
She sighed and opened her door. “I will be watching closely…”
“Great! I hope you brought your camera!” I chuckled, kissing her cheek cheerfully.
I put my hands on her shoulders and pushed her forward before starting to walk next to her. The big stable we were walking towards was only a small part of the St. Paul’s Riding Center – as far as I knew they had almost one hundred ponies and horses, a restaurant, and a hotel.
“Ok, so before you go in an make a fool of yourself-“
“I never make a fool of myself” I interrupted.
“Sure, whatever. So before you make a fool of yourself, can we go over this once again?” I gazed her with my eyebrows raised. She took that as a yes. “You met this guy-“
“Cameron”
“Yes, you met this Carmeron guy at a pet shop?” I nodded. “And you asked the girl at the cashier who he was…?”
“Yes, I asked Sally who he was.” I liked the smell of the fresh grass. Well, maybe not when the smell was mixed with the smell of horse. “You know Sally Williams. She used to live on your street.”
“Yeah, whatever. So Sally told you his name from his credit card signature, you googled him…”
“Sadly there were no pictures of him with only underwear on…”
“Normal people don’t have pictures of them with only underwear on online.” Katheryn said, stopping on her way. “And then you made me drive for two hours and a half, and now we’re here at…”
“St. Paul’s Riding Center”
“Yes, at St. Paul’s Riding Center, looking for a guy that doesn’t even know your name?” She asked me.
“Pretty much, yes” I answered with a smile.
“Ok, so, how do you intend to find him?” It was amazing how her views on anything changed so quickly. Tell her this had been premeditated and she would be jumping right back in her car. But tell her you have no clue what you’re doing and she’s the first one to take a step ahead and help you out.
“No clue, I was kind of hoping I would stumble againt him again…” I muttered, avoiding to look inside the stables, but the stupid horse stuck its face out of the little window-thingy and almost licked my ear. “Eww!”
“No need to be afraid.”
Katheryn and I turned around to try to find the source of that voice. A tall blond god was standing in front of us, his shirt halfway down opened, showing his perfectly tanned hard chest. My mouth went dry.
“It’s him” I managed to whisper to Katheryn.
“I could tell,” she whispered back, pushing him on his direction.
I must have looked stupid trying to find a hand to give him to shake. “I..” I coughed, trying to clear my voice. “You don’t know me, but I’ve been…” No, that sounded like I was stalking him. “Hi, my name is Blaze Noland.”
“Hello, I’m Cameron Wait” he laughed. A breeze played with his golden hair as his eyes sparkled in the sunlight. Katheryn coughed breaking the magic of the moment.
“And this is Katheryn Martin” I introduced.
“Nice to meet you, Miss Martin.” Cameron said in that soft voice of him that could almost melt me. “So, to what do I own your presence here? Is there anything I could help you with?”
Oh no, I hadn’t thought of that. What was I supposed to answer? Yes, I’m crazy, and you seem to have put me under a spell, so I followed you here and I’m really hopping you’re gay and that you would want to go out with me. No. I looked at him and smiled shyly.
“Blaze is afraid of horses” Katheryn made up. “He has had this trauma ever since I met him, and there is no way he will even get close to a horse. It’s not like we have a lot of horses in London, but, you know, I just thought that he was old enough to get over it… Maybe you could help him…”
Thanks Katie, now I sound completely childish. Thank you very much.
“So you don’t do horses, hum? I think I can fix that.” Cameron said, winking at me as he walked past us to the stable.
Katheryn couldn’t keep herself from laughing as I blushed. “I’ll see you guys later, all right? I’m going to find something better to do than watching you being afraid of a horse, no matter how hilarious that would be.”
I watched her walk away and then took my sunglasses off when Cameron looked back at me.
“I… Erg… Katheryn is exaggerating. I don’t mind horses… as long as they’re in their pretty little stables and not breathing on me…”
Cameron took two steps in my direction. He so close to me I could feel his breath on my ear.
“So you don’t like when they breathe on you?” he asked in a husky voice.
I almost choked, but instead I inhaled his cologne.
“I mind them breathing on me…” I felt myself lose balance as he got a couple of inches closer.
“How about me breathing on you?” He whispered to my ear, before biting my earlobe.
I felt a shiver going up my spine. So he was gay too? I was so lucky that pretty men are always gay.
“You can breathe on me all you want…” I whispered back, letting my hands touch his chest.
Bloody hell, what was wrong with me? Breathe on me all you want? How was that supposed to sound sexy? I had to see if there was any way I could learn how to be sexy again… Breathe on me?, for crying out loud?
A horse kicked the door in front of it and it made Cameron look up.
“I think it’s time to take you for a ride…”
So I have no clue how this sounds. I didnt even spell check it. I just wanted to do something like this, after reading some stories here on FP and after starting a book that starts in a stable... So yeah. I intend to keep on writing this story, but I'm not sure. However, I did look up some models to have references for my characters, in case I want to keep on writing. I'll put them on my profile later, but Katheryn is Anna Kendrick, Blaze is Sean O'Pry, and Cameron is Boyd Holbrook.
Please leave Reviews so that I know that writing another chapter will be worth it!!
