My sister bet me I couldn't write a story about anything, I bet I could. Her topic of choice was Three Days Grace, my favorite band. I just randomly came up with these in response to her bet. Just kinda of what I see behind the scenes lol.

Tragically Hip
The walk of shame commenced as I crested the hill top coming up from the lake shore. My wife stared at me blankly for a few moments before a look of complete bewilderment washed over her face. That innocent look of bewilderment soon took on a more malice tone as she saw the several inches of mud caked to my body. Those following me just continued to snicker, knowing all to well that I was in for it now.
"Adam…" my wife started carefully, "What in the hell happened to you?!"
My eyes never left the ground in front of me, except for the quick glance I stole at her as I passed.
"Neil pushed me." I muttered.
