I turned in a tight circle as soon as my flames had died down, trying to work out where I had landed within the castle. Well it didn’t look like my room, and was defiantly not the throne room… hmm. With that I spotted the lump on the bed. Walking over cautiously I stopped when I spotted the familiar wave of midnight hair. I was about to reach over and poke him when his forest green eyes opened to meet mine.

“Angel? What are you doing in my room?” wow I never noticed how adorable Sean could look before. Seeing the worried look on his gorgeous face made all of my emotions hit at once and I bust into tears just as my hair was doing a kind of rainbow Mexican wave.

“Angel? What’s wrong? Come here.” He took e into his strong arms and sat us down on the bed. He held me until I’d cried enough and the sobs started to go and I could finally make coherent words.

“My fa…fath…father…Lu…lu…lied to me.” I managed out between hiccups and sobs. Rocking me and making a ‘shushing’’ noise he said

“Oh Angel. I’m sure he didn’t mean it or if he did he had a very good reason to do so!” trust my father’s stupid demon servants to stick up for him and make excuses. In response I just shook my head and buried myself closer into his warm chest.

“ So how come you ended up in my room?” ok he may be a jackass servant of my father’s but at least he didn’t pry.

“I’m not sure…I wasn’t thinking about my destination I just wanted to be home, when my flames had gone this is where I was, sorry do you mind?” he’d made a good point. Why was I in Sean’s room?! Odd.

“No of course I don’t mind. You know you’re my leading lady. *wink* + *adorable smile* but we best get you back to your own room, I bet Lucifer’s looking for you and really worried.” Sean started to get up, taking me with him. I’m not sure why but at that moment I really didn’t want to be anywhere other than with him. I clutched at his shirt tighter and let out a very girly yelp.

“NO! I mean please, cant I just stay here? I don’t want to be on my own.” I looked into his gorgeous green eyes, hopefully with my big puppy dog brown eyes in a pleading manner. I could see him debating with himself before finally he broke and let out a sigh.

“Fine, you take the bed I’ll have the sofa.” He moved me onto the bed and went to grab one of the pillows for his make shift bed. I laid my hand on his wrist as he lent over.

“Please, stay in the bed with me? I just want to be held.” He again debated within himself before another reluctant sigh.

“Ok, just make sure you protect me from Lucifer tomorrow when he figures out where u was all of tonight.” He climbed into the bed still fully clothed, well minus his shoes and socks and motioned for me to get in, I complied and let a small smile grace my lips as he pulled me close, so my back was up against his chest. I could feel the heat radiating, even through are thin clothing, I fell asleep the most content I ever have.

I stirred and tried to snuggle closer to the uncommon warmth that had been with me all night. Stretching out I realised that it wasn’t there anymore. Waking up more fully memories from the previous night came flooding back. Remembering where I was I looked around for Sean. Not seeing the sexy demon anywhere in the room, my eyes trailed back to a closed door, where I realised Sean must be taking a shower and that was what the strange noise was. Looking around for a pen and paper I left Sean a quick note thanking him and saying I’d see him later.

I walked out of Sean’s room hoping to avoid everyone; I really wasn’t in the mood to have random demons giving me funny looks. I arrived at my room, luckily having not seen anyone. Taking a long relaxing shower I thought over everything that had happened in the last few days. It seemed so much for such a short time. My emotions were everywhere it was so obvious with my hair in a constant flux of changing. I wondered over to my wardrobe considering what to wear. I was in a bizarre mood, really not myself.

Closing my bedroom door and locking it – with a special pure energy catch (normal locks were a bit useless against demons) I made my way to the throne room. Passing guards and other demon workers within the castle I received a lot of shocked looks. Of course I wasn’t surprised, not when I was in a short leather skirt, over the knee converse and a cropped shirt that hardly covered anything. I liked showing off my pierced belly button and also the two amusing tattoos I had. With my hair in a bouncing (still ever changing colour) ponytail you could see the 666 behind my left ear and the 777 behind my right ear.

I stormed into the throne room fully intending to confront my father about yesterday but was shocked to see him looking rather annoyed but at the same time tired. I also happened to then see the obvious cause for my father’s emotions. A blinding white light in the far left corner of the throne room, quite out of place from the black spots where my father’s various guard’s stood but also much too bright too be the yellow glow of the torch’s which gave the room it’s light. When the door’s banged shut behind me my father looked up, relief, guilt, anger all crossed his face in a flash before it resumed its normal passive stone complex.

“Angel, where have you been? I was worried! However I’ll…” someone interrupted my father, by clearing their throat. I could guess who it was; no one from down here would dare interrupt the devil…except me. My father looked over to the glowing corner with disgust on his face, and anger, I followed his gaze. The angel had let down his light, so that instead of a glowing orb, a rather gorgeous, tall, dark, handsome man was striding towards us.

“Like I was saying,” my father turned back towards me ignoring the man, “I’ll talk to you later because you have a guest, from your mother, feel free to do what you please with him.” With that my father turned back to his number two, effectively dismissing us. I turned to the stranger with a bewildered look on my face, it wasn’t often my father disapproved of my mother’s suitors, and hardly ever he allowed me to treat them how I wanted. With a nod of my head I turned, still pondering what could be so different with this angel, to enrage my father so, and left the throne room, fully expecting the stranger to follow.
