Be Worth It

I'm so sure you don't want anything,

Then you drop a phrase,

And my heart stops.

They keep telling me to be careful,

You're just going to repeat our history.

I won't care,

But I will.

I'm not sure if you're worth it,

A stolen kiss traded,

For another broken heart.

A seemingly true I Love You,

For many sleepless nights,

For many tear filled nights.

I should have learned my lesson,

After everything we've said,

But I'm still hoping you're worth it.

Please,

Be Worth It.

I have this feeling I'm totally over reacting, and he's just trying to be friends. Maybe I should be hoping for that instead.
