by

Summary: knew a cup of overflowing water would lead to a makeout session
Rating: T

Author's Note: I hope you all know what a water dispenser looks like. :)

Brian POV

It all started one afternoon when I was at my best friend's house. Getting thirsty, I left Damien sitting in front of the TV by himself and went to get myself a cup of water.

But while I was getting my cup of water, she walked into the kitchen.

Lauren walked into the kitchen while I stood in front of the fridge getting a cup of water. The Woods owned one of those fancy fridges with water dispensers.

As she walked in, I couldn't help noticing how her hips swayed.

I mentally slapped myself. This is Lauren. My best friend's little sister. Damien would probably hate me if he caught me checking out his younger sister.

I couldn't help it though. She wants to be a model one day and she is so pretty she could probably be considered a Miranda Kerr lookalike.

Also, she's the opposite of the stereotypical cheerleader. What's there not to love about her?

It was then that I realised I was staring at her. I couldn't take my eyes off her tank top which fitted her slender frame perfectly. Her brown hair had recently been straightened and it reached halfway down her back. I also found myself smiling at the site of Lauren in her Mickey Mouse boxers and bunny slippers.

I blushed when her head snapped up to meet mine. I assumed that I had been caught staring, but instead of looking at me quizzically, Lauren cracked up laughing.

I could have stood there on the spot listening to the sound of her melodic laughter forever, but thankfully she pointed her hand at my cup.

I looked down and saw that my cup was overflowing.

Shit. It seemed that while I had been too busy checking out Lauren, I had failed to notice that my cup was fuller than it needed to be.

I felt my cheeks heating up again, but this time because of my cup of water which was overflowing onto my shirt and onto the ground.

Shit, Shit, Shit.

Lauren POV

I couldn't help laughing at Brian when his cup started overflowing with water.

For some reason, he started blushing. He obviously had no idea that the water was overflowing so I pointed while clutching at my stomach.

He looked so cute when he realised the dilemma. Brian was clueless as to what to do, so I randomly grabbed a towel and chucked it at him.

Unintendedly, the towel landed on his head, which caused me to laugh even harder.

Brian blushed a dark shade of red and looked down to clean up the mess on the floor.

He looked so cute, especially when he was embarrassed. Ever since that day we met back when I was about 13 and him 15, I've had a crush on him. Actually. I've been crushing on him so badly, some would call it falling in love. After attending an all girls school ever since I was 5, most of the boys I met were automatically deemed assholes, but I remember when I first met Brian he had stood out from all the other guys I had met. He had smiled at me kindly and unlike the other guys my brother had introduced me to, Brian seemed to acknowledge my presence.

Today, I found myself staring at him. The water had spilled on to his shirt causing it to stick on to him.

I shook my head at myself. I should probably be helping instead of staring at his back.

I grabbed a towel and walked over to him.

Too bad I didn't see the puddle of water Brian had yet to clean up.

Being a klutz, I slipped and fell.

I slipped and fell on top of Brian.

That's right.

On top of Brian.

Brian POV

One moment, I had been scrubbing at the floor. Next moment, I had Lauren Woods sprawled on top of me.

For the third time that day, I started blushing. She was so close I could feel her breath on my cheek and her steady heart beat.

"I-I-I'm so sorry!", she stuttered.

Lauren made a move to get up, but I reached out and pulled her down to me.

Her face turned to look at mine and the last things I saw were her confused blue eyes and pink flushed cheeks,

And then I kissed her.

Damien POV

"Brian?", I called.

I abandoned the TV set and went to look for him. He'd been gone for over 5 minutes to get a cup of water. I was smart enough to know that it only took 30 seconds to fill up a cup with water.

Why was he taking so long to get a single cup of water? What could possibly go wrong in the kitchen anyway?

I rolled my eyes. It was highly unlikely that Brian would fall down the sink.

I walked into the kitchen and stopped.

Lauren and Brian were busy having a make out session, something I'd rather not see.

I clucked my tongue, but neither of them heard me and continued what they were doing.

I shrugged and went back to the TV.

It was bound to happen anyway.

A/N – Please read and review!
It was originally titled ‘The Water Accident’ but I decided I liked this more.
Yes, and I don't usually write in this many POVs, so I hope that was okay.

Thank You!

(If you read the version that says(Yes, if you were wondering, I may have a slight crush on the 25yr old Australian model dating Orlando Bloom… Just slight! I swear!) I'm talking about Brian, not myself. LOL)
