Misplaced Kiss
One aims for a cheek,
The other for the lips,
Love he does seek,
His heart she firmly grips,
How did she not know,
That she’s always had his love,
Did his feelings just not show,
Or she misread the nature off,
I don’t know how this story ends,
Or how she will reacts to this,
What becomes of these friends,
Because an awkward misplaced kiss,
For all the answers that I lack,
This much you’ll be told,
She can never give it back,
His hearts forever hers to hold.
