Falling Down

I’m falling down,

The room is spinning round and round,

A blur of sound,

Chaos and turmoil all around,

I’m falling down,

I am a king that’s lost his crown,

I find I’m bound,

To search for answers that can’t be found,

I’m falling down,

Upon my face I wear a frown,

My heart does pound,

As the room keeps spinning round and round,

I found a key without a lock,

This left me in a state of shock,

Questions the only answers I can find,

An endless cycle in my mind,

To the truth I feel so blind,

I curse a fate so unkind,

Still I’m falling down,

As in my mind it circles round,

Faster does my heart pound,

As the room keeps spinning round and round,

I hit the ground!

My mind unwound,

Finally an answer has been found,

My view of the stars is so profound,

And the room stops spinning round and round.
