Feathery Crystals
By Winged Poetess

Huddled like cold Inuits
waiting for that moment
they can escape their frigid
prison of white.

Every little drop succumbs to hypothermia.
Crystallization is attained.
Every little drop separates,
dancing into the wind as they free fall.

Each unique star shaped mint
bursts into the world.
A dancing star
A cone shaped ballerina
A tumbling bouncy ball
Mingling as one, merging.
Pearly banks
