Fighting's always fun. Short one-shot.
Resolved Fight --
"Matte!" Ryuu'chi called out after Tsukiko. The angry woman stopped and turned on her heel, fast, tangled hair flying around her face.
"Iie! You leave me alone, you bastard!" she screamed at him, angry, hurtful tears running down her face. The new dress that she just paid ten thousand yen for was destroyed, stained by the expensive wine that Takemaru had picked out.
"Please, Tsukiko, let us go somewhere more private," Ryuu'chi said, feeling the people staring at the couple. Tsukiko's face became enraged as she swiftly slapped his face before running off as fast as her heels would allow. Ryuu'chi's face turned crimson with embarassment as he followed her into the darkened street. The cars were driving fast enough to be blurs of light as he spotted Tsukiko at the edge of the sidewalk. She was incredibly close to the traffic as Ryuu'chi felt his heart quicken and he strode foward.
"Tsukiko," he said sharply, taking her arm. She turned to him, still angry but at least not hitting him. Ryuu'chi could see how her mascara ran down her face as he got out a handercheif, handing it to her. She took it roughly as she wiped at her face.
"You're the embarassment, not me," she said sullenly. Ryuu'chi sighed a little, placing a hand on the small of her back.
"I was out of line with that comment. Gomen nasai desu..."
"Don't you dare "desu" me, you ignorant jerk," she glowered as she shoved at him with her shoulder. Ryuu'chi didn't mind this as he looked at her. She wasn't running, she was staying.
"I am sorry though," he repeated, voice soft. "I didn't mean it at all, it just..."
"Slipped out?" Tsukiko offered with a hurt voice. Ryuu'chi nodded, closing his eyes.
"I am ashamed of myself. I've... been too easy with my tongue lately." Tsukiko didn't reply and Ryuu'chi had to look at her. She was staring thoughtfully across the street.
"It's fine," she said after a moment, looking at him sharply. "Not your words, mind you. But it's fine if you're loose with your tongue. We should open up more, and talk easier amongst ourselves. We've been husband and wife for almost two years now." Ryuu'chi smiled as he nodded.
"Hai."
Tsukiko nodded as well, leaning against Ryuu'chi slightly. "Anata wa baka... desu."
