Ocean Tears

She's a waterfall, liquid being poured out of a glass.
A grey cloud in the dark sky dropping tears.
She wipes her blurry eyes, mascara smears.
She walks away having left a muddy puddle.

There's an empty beach she wanders down.
Leaving footprints in the yellow sand.
She looks out into the vast ocean, so grand.
She realizes it's just a puddle left by God.
