Sort of fits int he nature category, sort of fits in life. But I put it here because most of my poems are in life.

Silent Hill

Silent Hill

On a normal day

In the summer sun

This hill would be busy

And full of fun

But today it's quiet

Not a sound is made

The normal routine

For the day is delayed

The streets are empty

No birds fill the sky

This scene brings back

Memories I can't deny

The pain that I feel

From that day until now

Is greater than any other

And only I know how
