Hey. Touched up this song too, as I'm doing to all of them. This one's about being unafraid of death, but still harboring so many regrets before you pass on. You can't help but think of everything you haven't done as the darkness draws near.

Liquid Shadows

A scene to forget...
Face down in, my own blood!
And choking on my last words!
My sonata to regret!
Scrawled here in the mud!
And burned into my memory!
Will it be in yours?!
My last day!
One last chance!
To tell you that I'm sorry!

A song I remember...
Screamed out, to salvation!
And dedicated to the fallen!
Does it hurt?!
The last embrace?
The final scar!
Will anybody stop the bleeding?!

Shadows on the pavement!
Just pathways to the grave!
Swim in the liquid darkness!
Maybe this is being saved!
Hello, eternity!
The end of days is near!
The final rest approaches!
There's nothing fur us here!

A knife in my back...
Plugs the hole inside my heart!
And contains all this anguish!
I've lived life on a track!
But I'm done with this part!
I'll simply be who I want to!
But who is that?
Just a name!
Another face...
Girl of my dreams, I won't forget you!

Shadows, on the pavement!
Just pathways to the grave!
Swim in the liquid darkness!
Maybe this is being saved!
Darkened, serenity!
In the silence I still hear!
The night consumes all of us!
But we will shed no tears!

We don't cry!!
(Shadows on the pavement!)
There's no use, trying!!
(Just pathways to the grave!)
Maybe this... Is being...
Saved.
