Boys, boys, boys, boys…They’re all I ever hear about, and frankly, I’m tired of it. I don’t want to hear another damn thing about boys. The fact that I am a guy can be completely overlooked at this point in time. This is what I get for having all girl friends. Then again, the fact that I’m gay can also be completely overlooked. I may be into boys, but that does not mean I want my everyday life to revolve around my same gendered species.

“May, I love you; I really, really do, but if you tell me one more time how much his eyes,” and here’s where I invoked a change in pitch. “Just sparkle.” I looked at her with a bored look. “I will lose my mind; matter of fact, I think I already have.”

May was the worst of the boy crazy girls that I call my ‘friends.’ Honestly, I don’t even know why I’m around the girls that I do hang out with. They honestly just drove me insane. Again, I don’t know why I’m around these girls, but I am. By these girls, I mean May, Jean, Sara, Linda, and Kate. They’re known as the ‘it’ girls, but lately, as their ‘official gay friend,’ I’ve dubbed them the ‘ick’ girls. Life is beautiful.

“Well, sorry, Timothy. I wasn’t aware that I was bugging you.” I mentally cringed at the tone of voice she used. It made my ears want to bleed. I rolled my eyes at her, and went to respond, but there was a tap on my shoulder. Thank you, God.

…or not. I frowned at the girl standing behind me. She was pretty; I may be gay, but I’m not blind. I don’t recall seeing her around before; she must be new. I hope she doesn’t plan on hitting on him. I raised an eyebrow at her, “yes?”

“Sorry to bother you;” oh here it comes, the stupid line, “but I was told to give you this note.” My eyebrow rose further as she pulled a folded note out of her pocket and handed it to me. All the other girls were giving her this look of distaste. I could feel their dislike of her surrounding passed me like a socket.

“Thanks?” She shrugged. I wonder if she knows that the ‘ick’ girls are giving her a look. She looked rather bored with this whole thing actually.

“Do you always do something you’re told to do?” Oh, shut up, May. Honestly…you never stop, do you? I turned and looked at her. Great, patronize the new girl.

“Well, May, I don’t mind delivering a note for a friend. I think it’s a lot better than stabbing them in the back, don’t you? Oh,” I watched as the girl, still unknown to me, put a hand to her mouth in a way to say ‘oh goodness, did I just say that?’ “Sorry, I forgot; you love doing that.”

Excuse me,” I had to hold back a laugh. It always amused the fuck out of me when May said that. “Who do you think you are talking to me like that?” Now, I know I wasn’t the only one to roll my eyes. Then again, all the other ‘ick’ girls seemed to have offended looks on their faces as well. Damn idiots.

“You’re excused. Did you fart?” I snorted at that. It…just slipped? May looked like she was ready to pounce though. “Wait, you’re not human; you couldn’t possibly do that. Well, as for whom I am; I don’t ever plan on telling you. Maybe for once, you’ll actually find out something on your own. Then again, it may hurt your head too much. Oh well,” she grinned at May with a shrug of her shoulders and walked away.

Okay, even I was curious about who that was. I looked over at the ‘ick’ girls. May looked ready to just stab something. I’m glad I wasn’t near her. Oh great, the glare; I loved the glare. It couldn’t even really be called a glare. It just looked like a hippo sat on her face.

“What?” She rolled her eyes at me, and I just… “I’ve got to go to my locker. I’ll see you girls later.” I got up and left the cafeteria. Honestly, I did this everyday, and it was seriously starting to get old.

After I walked out of the cafeteria though, I nearly had a heart attack. I looked over to my side where the voice had come from. It was the mystery girl!

“Fucking hell, woman, are you trying to kill me?” She rolled her eyes. I held up the note. “What is this?” Okay, stop rolling your eyes at me.

“I don’t know; I was just told to give it to you. I’m not some nosey shit, and honestly, I wasn’t even expecting you to come out here. I was told to wait here for if you came out. Not my fault you didn’t read the damn message.” Well, fine, be all casual about giving me a damn heart attack. She’s such a bitch, but I like her bitch.

Looking down at the note in my hand, I opened it up. So, I’ll let you in on a little secret of mine, but first, you have to leave the cafeteria and your Barbie friends. Then, when you see Kitty, she’s the one who gave you the note, follow her. She doesn’t know anything, so don’t bother asking. Oh, and warning, she’s not afraid to use her claws…though she’s more likely to bite or just punch you. Well, nice to know now.

I looked up at the girl again. “Kitty?” It was a question. She narrowed her eyes at me.

“Say anything involving the word ‘pussy,’ and I assure you, not only will you stay attracted to the same sex, but you’ll fear the opposite sex.” Rawr…he wasn’t kidding. I mean, it may not be a he, but the note has he writing. I just…nodded at her. “Just follow me…”

I raised an eyebrow as she pushed herself away from the wall, still looking bored as all get out, before turning and walking down the hall. And like the bitch that I was, I followed her. I mean, you’d follow her too if you got a mysterious note. The warning could have come a bit earlier though. I mean, did they really expect me to read this thing right away? I guess so…

“So…are you always this…bored looking?” I pursed my lips together and nodded as all I got in reply was…nothing. I’ve had more talkative girls in my life; this…I wasn’t so sure I liked. I mean, I could deal with silence; matter of fact, I wanted it half the time. This was just stupid though. “Cat got your tongue?” I froze when she turned and rounded on me with a glare. Okay, now that is a glare. I held my hands up in surrender. Don’t hurt me?

She rolled her eyes and turned around. “Look, I’m sure you’re a great person and all, but I’m not looking for new friends or conversations.”

“You always do what you’re told?” I could see her trying to keep her temper in check. Can anyone say…anger management?

“He’s my best friend.” She said as she stopped in front of a classroom door before turning and looking at me. “You hurt him, and I’ll break your face.” She crossed her arms over her chest and nodded at the door. “I’m his fag-hag, and he’s my gay whore.” I blinked. Okay then, apparently, gay guys have more interesting relationships than I thought.

I looked at the door, hesitating, and then walked in. When I did, I think my jaw dropped. Nope, it did. It dropped. I blinked when he chuckled at me. NO fucking way…

“Pick up your jaw, Timmy; you’ll start catching flies…” I blinked and closed my mouth.

“How…Why…I’m so confused; you’re gay?” I heard the door shut behind me, and he just shrugged.

“Surprised you didn’t know, I’ve been waiting for you to notice for a while now.” Oh, he looked gorgeous. His hair was just a slight mess atop his head; his green eyes hidden by shadow, yet lit up by the light through the window. He had a smirk on his face, and his buttoned down shirt was slightly tussled. I wanted to fucking kiss him.

“But…you…you’re with…I thought…” He laughed again, pushing away from the desk that he had been leaning on and walked over to stand right in front of me. He was taller than me, and boy, I loved it.

“You want me to say it, Timothy?” I simply nodded. He was mesmerizing me just by standing so close. I know; I’m a pathetic pile when it comes to boys. He grinned at me, lowering his eye lids a little. Am I dead? “I, Noah Brian Long, am gay. You’ve met my best friend, Kitty, the fag-hag, and I certainly hope she didn’t do anything to scare you.” Well, she did, but I’m willing to overlook it right now.

I licked my lips and blinked up at him. I have to be dead. Boys, boys, boys…It’s all I ever heard about. I liked them. Hell, I loved them. Hence the fact that I’m gay, which right now, I won’t be overlooking that fact. There is only one way that I’m going to believe this.

Firstly, there are no ‘ick’ girls around, so I like that. Secondly, there’s a body guard in the shape of a bored looking girl named Kitty outside. Thirdly, my dream hunk is standing in front of me with a grin and half-open eyes. Fourthly, I’ve got to be dreaming. Somebody pinch me.

“So, are you going to continue looking shocked, or are you two going to kiss?” I just stayed where I was. I heard the voice, and I saw him look behind me. I saw the smirk.

“You’re such a pervert, Kitty.” I slowly turned to look at her. She raised an eyebrow at me, while she shrugged to Noah.

“What can I say, Noah? I like my boys.” I snorted. Again, boys…boys…boys… I felt my gaze being turned back to Noah.

Oh, hell, my knees are going to be mush. “I hope you don’t mind, but Kitty gets very hissy when she doesn’t get to see something she really likes. Mind if I kiss you now?” My eyes went wide. I’m fucking dreaming.

“You have to ask?” My eyes went wide as his lips actually touched mine. OUR lips were touching!!

I have to be dreaming. There’s no way that this is happening. I’ve dreamed about it a million times, and never have I thought that this would actually happen. My arms slipped around his neck while his went to holding my hips, which is a good thing because then his tongue entered my mouth, they buckled slightly…

I was so lost in kissing his lights out, while he kissed mine out too, that I didn’t hear the door shut.
