Can you love a girl who can’t walk straight in heels

Can you love a girl who can’t walk straight in heels?
I can’t sew your shirts, but I’ll cook all your meals.
I’ll make you cookies, if you make the dough.
Hold me, kiss me, and dance with me slow.

Would you still love me if I gained tons of weight?
I hope you like children, because I want at least eight.
So when I’m pregnant and can’t reach my feet,
Will you tie my shoes and keep the house neat?

You don’t need to buy me a diamond ring.
Show me that you love me with little things.
The way that you talk, the things that you say--
Call me ‘my love’, ask me “How was your day?”

I’ll wash all the dishes and I’ll try not to fight.
Be patient; remember you’re not always right.
Smile, laugh, and see the bright side of life.
Serve those around you, even through strife.

I’m not always pretty, or witty, or bright
I stutter, I shake, can’t say anything right.
Always stay true to what you believe,
Stay true to your heart and stay true to me
