A Fathomless Sky

All lost are the birds that wand'ringly fly

in and out of white clouds in a fathomless sky

although they are losing, they won't cease to try

remaining aloft in a fathomless sky

ooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo

Cold rain pounds the window and rolls down the pane

answered by thunder, a rumbling refrain

in rolling black clouds, and lightning's bright stain

trembles through raindrops on blank windowpanes

ooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo

All lost are the wolves that plaintively cry

to the orange harvest moon in a fathomless sky

a song for the bats who dancingly fly

in and out of bright stars in a fathomless sky
