Sup peoples!! ...Wow that sounds stupid -.- Meh shrugs
This is something I had to for for school and i though i might as well upload it. Not like i've got anythign better to do. But seriously, i kinda don't. Meh.
But yeah...we had to make up our own creation myth for the creation of anything. I picked the creation of the world!
Before the beginning of time there was only Heaven and Hell and Darkness in between. There was nothing in the Darkness but a cold and empty nothingness.
There was once a Demon, named Singrail, who was exiled from Hell so he was left to wander in the Darkness because he wasn't allowed back in Hell and he couldn't go to Heaven. He was destined to wander the Darkness for all of eternity, unable to live and unable to die.
While he was wandering, lost, in the Darkness Singrail found a Light; a small, white, glowing orb that floated around in the Darkness. Singrail immediately sensed the power that the Light possessed and decided to use it to create a place to live. So he created the world and placed it in the only place he could, in the Darkness.
Now there was Heaven, Hell and a world in between, a world with light and warmth. One that replaced the Darkness with a place that could hold life and, more importantly, gave Singrail a place to live. Then the light extinguished
When the light turned on again, Singrail decided to give the world life, so he created water and plants and animals to live in this water. He also created land and plant and animals to live on the land. He created the clouds and rain so that the plants could survive and prosper. The light then extinguished again.
He learned that the light would extinguish itself for a period of time before igniting again.
Singrail lived like this for a while but found that he was lonely, so he created the human race to keep him company and to worship him.
When he decided he had created everything he needed, he decided to put the light to good use. Singrail sent the light into the sky, providing light so that they could see, and when it extinguished and the world went dark was a time that they could sleep. He called this Day and Night.
Singrail now had a place to live and company, however this achievement came at a price. When Singrail was in Hell and in the Darkness he never aged, it was like that for everything, even the Angels in Heaven. But when he lived on his new world, he slowly aged. Over thousands of days, Singrail grew older and one day he passed away.
The humans who were alive at the time gave him a proper burial and put a large stone statue at the head of the grave, symbolising his location. But because Singrail was no longer there to use the light to keep things the same, and so over time the land and sea changed and the burial site of Singrail was swallowed by the sea.
Singrail had gotten rid of the infinite Darkness that existed between Heaven and Hell and replaced it with a world that held life and a species that could prosper on this world however he died as a result of this.
When he died, Singrail's spiritual being was separated from his physical being and was taken to a different place. Heaven. Because Singrail had done well for the people of the new world, which he named Earth, he was allowed to go to Heaven even though he was a demon.
Singrail continued to watch over Earth from his new home in Heaven and soon learned that when the humans he created died, their spiritual being separated from their physical being too and their spirit came to Heaven. But if the human had done bad things on Earth their spirit would go to Hell.
