Playground

Feet dangle

Toes brush against cool mud

Solitary

Smell of air

Soft breeze

Swish

Grip chains tightly

Focus on legs

In, Out

How high can I go?

I can almost touch the sky

Oh, how I wish I could fly

Inhale, Exhale

Alone

But not

Lonely

Climb

I’m on top of the world

And I can still touch the sky

Slide

Wind in hair

Hands in air

Spin

Faster, faster

Clouds twirl

Eyes close

Fall In It

Castle of my own

Fairytale princess

Imaginary

Nothing else

Pink and orange clouds

Nothing but happiness,

Love, beauty

Carefree

Little or not

I feel like a child

Swish

In the air

Soft breeze

Wrapped in warmth of setting sun

Never want to go

In, Out

Hear the sounds

Smell the scents

Feel the wind

Inhale, Exhale

Another day

If only I could steal time

Slow

Feet touch ground

Must go home

Innocence

Forever my castle

Forever my childhood

Thank You.
