I'm in my solitary moment,

Please don't break it.

You are not my shoulder to cry on,

So I will cry where I am.

You never answer my calls,

You never looked my way.

I find it hard to believe that we were ever friends,

What happened to the person I used to know?

You changed so drastically,

So quickly,

So desperate to please.

Who are those people you call friends?

When all they are are clones.

Plastic Barbie dolls,

Who believe they rule all.

Can't you tell who's truly close?

Who's truly there for you?

Who wants to be with you because you're you,

Instead of the clothes you wear or the money you have?

I keep remembering the way it was,

The flashback,

The times you didn't ignore me.

When I wasn't invisible.

I saw you the other day,

When you looked at me,

With longing in your eyes.

Yet you let those girls get in your way,

And you had a change in heart.

So instead of walking up to me,

You walked past me.

Even when I tried to wave,

Get your attention.

I don't deserve this,

I never asked for it,

So why are you doing this to me?
