time to pry my fingers from your frame.
i should have
cherished each moment but i
feel as though i
threw them away so carelessly,
not realizing how few i'd get.
i'll never take time for granted again.
so i have to capture each remembered moment here
in sentences and space,
and mourn the ones forgotten.
