Not always blue eyed and blonde haired, is the matter of Mary.

Jealousy reaps impurity. Sometimes we forget such a thing should exist.

Should it?

But yet, she’s envied all the same.

Lives are wraught for all things picturesque. Humans are so overcome by want and power. They don’t need this, so why do they seek it?

She becomes paranoia, obsession, addiction. A mirror. They fear that they themselves could be only a living dream. They fear the Sue. As do I.

Should I?

Skin flawed to perfection. I lean in to touch the reflection.

I am you, Mary Sue.
