Cleansed By God

This cleansing feeling,
As y sins are washed.

No longer burdened,
My soul far from lost.

I feel so clean,
As god's mended me.

My heart is where,
Gods love shall be.

I was tempted,
By Satan's sins.

Now god shall shield,
These evil whims.

I once was black,
Now cleansed and white.

Love and blessing,
Is my plight.

I may wander,
And I might stray.

But in my heart,
God will stay.

As our sinful lives,
May let us roam.

Gods offer still stands,
In his celestial home.
