I closed my eyes; this dream dance is almost up. Midnight and a new day is sneaking up on us.

Next thing I know, a pair of soft warm lips were one mine. A hand found the small of my back, pulling me closer. I relented and did as I was silently instructed, no one would want to end this.

I felt like I was floating on a cloud. I’m content; exuberate, like a child in a candy store. Everything I could ever want is here; the one, my knight in shining armor, holding me in his arms as if he never wanted to let go; the dress, making me feel like I was really a princess; and the surroundings, they made everything feel so much more real.

The clock on the wall struck midnight. The masquerade was over. The masks come off now.

I broke away from my prince. Standing on my toes, I reached up and pulled off his mask, knocking off his hat in the processes. At the same time, he removed mine.

His sorta shaggy hair fell out, and I was in a state of shock.

Dropping the mask, I felled from the room. Everything around me was a blur. Just shapes.

‘No, I couldn’t be.’ I told myself. ‘It wasn’t suppose to be him.”

I collapsed by the base of a tree in a lavish garden. My lilac dress fanned out around me, like a blanket of false security. Pulling my knees up to my chest, I proceeded to cry.

Hey everyone, i'm alive!!!!!!!!!!!!! hehe... ok this story is for my nanowrimo story. anyone who can guess what it is based off of will get to name one of the main characters, there are two guys and two girls. also this has to be 50000 words long, so the actual story is 255 words, i will update this whenever i put up a new chapter. btw Riley you and Shonee and any other of my friends from school who have heard my idea cannot guess, but the reviews are nice.
