Sleeping Beauty
Lips that dare not breathe
Heads toward her endless thread
A magical web of love she weaves
As she watches her dreams float away
Heads towards her endless thread
Bathe the world, bathe it in red
As she watches her dreams float away
And her thread she shall peruse
Bathe the world, bathe it in red
Dries her eyes, on her bed
And her thread she shall peruse
And no tempest strong, could break her silence
Dries her eyes, on her bed
Rupturing voice, hangs her head
And no tempest strong, could break her silence
Eternally, bitter violence
Rupturing voice, hangs her head
Swears by her blood, ever so red
Eternally, her bitter violence
That she shall escape from this place
Swears by her blood, ever so red
As her hair stains her bed
That she shall escape from this place
And yet we know she's the cursed one
As her hair, stains her bed
The setting sun splatters it red
And yet we know she's the cursed one
Bathed in walls and walls of flowers
The setting sun splatters it red
And a sword glints, a silent sin
Bathed in walls and walls of flowers
Snaking along her skin
And a sword, glints silent sin
Fire rises, hidden desire
Snaking along her skin
Burns her thread, burns her loom
Fire rises, hidden desire
As her dreams wilt away
Burns her thread, burns her loom
Backs away into the darkest room
As her dreams wilt away
No more are left, all is gone
Backs away into the darkest room
Reeking of impending doom
No more is left, all is gone
Can't see the sky, can't see the dawn
Reeking of impending doom
Though all is gone, her finger bleeds
Can't see the sky, can't see the dawn
Elders words she never heeds
Though all is gone her finger bleeds
Little other fears hath I, than the devil's beady eye
Bathe the world, bathe it in red
Fairies, creatures together, "And we know she shall sleep forever."
And her thread she shall peruse
Lips that dare not breathe
