chest pushing and pulling, searching
desperately for any air around
above and below; weights,
each arm holds weights
of Great Importance
that I Mustn't Drop
and every day
I hit a wall
because
I am running around blindfolded
while holding up my weights
and those of others
but if one was
dropped
then
it
would splatter on the ground and all my work would go to waste.
